WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT VOTING


IF Silverleaf does NOT have 

your ACCOUNT SET UP properly, 

YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO VOTE!


  • Did you get an email from Silverleaf Management on November 11th? 
    • If you did NOT receive an email on November 11th from Silverleaf Management regarding the Annual Meeting and Elections:
      • VERIFY your login accounts on the Silverleaf Management and Hadaway HOA websites
      • Review your accounts to be sure your contact information is up to date
      • Reach out to Silverleaf to verify your account status.
      • CONTACT Silverleaf to ensure your email is updated on the Election Buddy website.
  • You will be receiving a separate email with instructions on the Election Buddy.
  • Each owner will be provided with an access code for the Election Buddy to complete your ballot. 
  • Voting will begin on November 14th and run through November 30th
  • The election results will be announced at the Annual meeting on December 1st.
